Northwell Health Department of Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated and motivated Pediatric Pulmonologist to join our expanding pediatric specialty team at Northwell Health. This position is based in our suburban Westchester, NY satellite locations in Sleepy Hollow and Chappaqua , offering the opportunity to build and grow a thriving clinical practice while being an integral part of the esteemed academic division at Cohen Children’s Medical Center . Qualifications : Board-certified / board-eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology. Passion for patient care, collaboration, and education. Strong communication skills and the ability to develop a practice in a suburban market. Position Highlights and Key Responsibilities : Practice Development : Lead and develop a pediatric pulmonary practice in a growing suburban market with strong institutional and academic support. Cultivate a new practice by building relationships with local pediatricians and referring providers. Academic Affiliation : Be part of Cohen Children’s Medical Center, the major pediatric teaching hospital of The Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra / Northwell. Engage in academic activities, including research, teaching, and mentoring trainees. Cystic Fibrosis Center : Accredited by the National Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, offering diagnosis, treatment, and management of cystic fibrosis for infants, children, and young adults. Project BREATHE Program : An educational program that has significantly improved asthma control, reducing hospital admissions and emergency room visits. Sleep Medicine Center : Dedicated to diagnosing and treating respiratory and non-respiratory sleep issues in children, helping them—and their families—enjoy better sleep.
