Raytheon has an immediate need for a Supply Chain Material Program Manager with demonstrated project management skills who will be closely accountable for ensuring supplier performance. You must be a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program goals, and must be able to successfully interface with varying levels of management. This position will provide professionals with opportunities to grow their skills in supply chain management, technical operations, business communications, and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have project management skills and be directly accountable for ensuring overall execution of materials management. You will be responsible for executing supply chain strategies and plans. This position requires an individual who will ensure program success to cost / schedule / quality, and partner with Program Manager(s), Integrated Product Team (IPT) and other functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization.

The position is on-site, full-time in Andover, MA or Windsor, CT.

What You Will Do :

• Managing the coordination and execution of program schedules with Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontracts, Engineering and other functional areas.
• Overall ownership of the supplier management process including supplier performance, supply chain metrics, Make / Buy Where strategy, strategic agreements, and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR / DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc.
• Issue and conflict resolution

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
