A company is looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster I.

Key Responsibilities

Manage workers' compensation claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing of medical and indemnity benefits

Analyze case facts to establish reserves and collaborate with legal teams to address litigation and complex issues

Mentor team members and maintain communication with internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines

Required Qualifications

7 or more years of related claims experience, including complex claim handling

Demonstrated knowledge of workers' compensation laws and claim management procedures

Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience preferred

Insurance designations such as WCCP, AIC, ARM, or CPCU are preferred

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
