Hub Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Hub Support Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities :

Field inbound support requests through the support inbox

Process zero dollar orders and onboard partner schools for complimentary access

Document support tasks and maintain data accuracy in the internal CRM

Required Qualifications :

Proven experience with data entry or similar administrative tasks

Some experience in a customer service role

Proficiency with online platforms and spreadsheets

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting
