(but not required) Experience in customer service. Strong organizational skills. Strong internal drive for results. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail. Great company. Competitive Base Pay - Paid hourly based on 45-50 hour work week (40 @ regular pay + 10 @ overtime rate). Pay range is $17-$20 per hour. Health Insurance. Paid Time Off. Meal privileges. Hospitality Manager
NOTE - Position is also known as Front of House Shift Lead at the restaurant
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical leader who will join our restaurant management team at a high volume ($10+ million) quick service restaurant. You will be responsible for helping to lead the Drive-Thru / Front Counter / Hospitality operation focusing on culture, developing leaders, managing costs, and establishing systems. As one of the top leaders in our organization, the buck stops with you.
Responsibilities :
- Learn and work daily in the Front of House area of the restaurant.
- Help to cast the vision and establish the culture for the department.
- Assist in developing and growing all leaders in the department.
- Help establish and achieve all labor goals.
- Assist in creating and implementing all systems for department.
- Ensure operational excellence and be accountable for service scores in in the department.
