Schedule : Full-Time, Onsite

Company Overview :

A leading manufacturer of commercial flooring is expanding its National Accounts customer service department in Charlotte. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and organize facilities projects for major national food service and restaurant clients.

Job Summary :

The Project Coordinator will assist with proposals, estimates, project documentation, scheduling, and communication among customers, installers, and internal teams. This role operates in a fast-paced commercial construction / manufacturing environment and requires strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills. You will work closely with a Project Manager to track projects from planning through closeout.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist National Accounts team with all project coordination needs
• Estimate facilities projects and prepare proposals
• Send labor bids to installers and vendors
• Organize, distribute, and maintain project documents for customers, end users, and installers
• Track projects from planning to closeout and assemble complete job packs
• Assign tasks to internal teams and support schedule management
• Serve as main point of contact for project updates and communication
• Monitor project progress, ensuring client needs are met throughout the process
• Oversee project document management and maintain accurate records, plans, and reports
