Director Of Mortgage Operations
We're seeking an experienced Director Of Mortgage Operations to lead our Mortgage Processing and Servicing teams. This role oversees daily operations, drives efficiencies, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports a high-quality member experience. Ideal for a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of FNMA, FHA, USDA, and VA guidelines.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop the mortgage operations team.
- Oversee workflow, processes, training, and service quality.
- Administer LOS and servicing systems; manage system updates and integrations.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new tools / services.
- Partner across departments to enhance mortgage products, efficiency, and growth.
- Ensure compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.
- Support strategic planning and contribute to the long-term vision of the mortgage department.
