Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and evaluate global compensation programs and processes
Collaborate with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure competitive compensation solutions
Provide guidance on pay decisions and manage the compensation review process
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 8 years of experience as a compensation professional in a global organization
Ability to lead by influence and manage large, cross-functional projects
Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
Strong knowledge of labor laws and industry standards related to compensation
Experience in designing and implementing compensation frameworks
