About the Role

As a senior-level financial functional consultant you will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of Workdays financial solutions for our healthcare customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team collaborating with sales project management product and fellow consultants to deliver outstanding results using the latest deployment and AI tools. You will provide Workday product industry and implementation expertise by serving as an architect and advisor while ensuring the financial solutions alignment with other functional areas in the Workday product platform.

About You

Key Areas of Responsibility :

Contribute and help maintain healthcare standard practices to reflect new industry requirements and trends.

Determine customer requirements and design and build tailored Workday financial solutions

Demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems and assist the customer in testing.

Participate in updated training and other events that help share ones product and industry skills with other consultants.

Partner with the project management by providing status reports and keep them informed of overall project status.

Participant in customer prospect discovery sessions

Mentor less experienced consultants.

Basic Qualifications : P4 (Senior Consultant)

5 years of implementation or functional experience in Financial Management software solutions or systems such as Workday Lawson Oracle or PeopleSoft

5 years of consulting experience

Experience with General Ledger along with one or more of the following : Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Management Expense Management Cash Management and Capital Projects

Basic Qualifications : P5 (Principal Consultant)

7 years of implementation or functional experience in Financial Management software solutions or systems such as Workday Lawson Oracle or PeopleSoft

7 years of consulting experience

Experience with General Ledger along with one or more of the following : Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Asset Management Expense Management Cash Management and Capital Projects

Other Qualifications

5 years of financial consulting experience with at least 3 full-cycle healthcare industry implementations OR 5 years of financial or accounting operational experience in healthcare organizations.

Passion for customer service and project management experience

Experience leading the Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) and at least 1 other Workday financial area during a project deployment

Ability to connect with all levels of customer / prospect leadership

Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

Passionate about using AI technology to improve efficiency and streamline deployments

Experience with multiple financial applications

Ability to balance multiple project engagements at a time

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience - preferably in Finance or Accounting

Ability to travel up to 50%

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidates compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including but not limited to geography experience skills job duties and business need among other things. Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range : $111100 USD - $197300 USD

If performed in Colorado the pay range for this job is $116900 - $175400 USD based on min and max pay range for that role if performed in CO.
