Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. As a key member of our integrated healthcare approach, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall well-being of our patients by providing high quality physical therapy services. You will work as a team with other providers!

We schedule 30-minute appointments that are never double booked to increase 1 : 1 time spent with patients, allowing you to focus on patient care and point of service documentation. Max of 8 patients per shift, typically less.

Responsibilities :

• Perform evaluations and develop customized treatment plans to help patients recover and achieve their goals.
• Guide and lead PTAs and techs in executing treatment plans effectively.
• Collaborate with medical and chiropractic providers to ensure well-rounded patient care.
• Document patient progress daily in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Educate patients on exercises and strategies for long-term wellness.
