A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Senior Account Executives in providing SaaS solutions to local first responder agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performance sales team to achieve strategic sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies, while collaborating with product and marketing teams
Recruit, train, and optimize the sales team to improve performance and employee retention
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in SaaS Sales Management Leadership roles
Proven success in meeting quotas and leading sales teams to high performance
Strong understanding of SaaS sales models and public safety / government sectors
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Experience in recruiting and developing sales teams effectively
