Production Scheduler

In this role, you'll create strategic schedules that balance customer demand, inventory goals, and plant capacity—all while supporting on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with capacity and sales forecasts.
• Set inventory targets for finished goods, including safety stock levels.
• Optimize production runs and minimize changeovers to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
• Monitor raw material levels and manage orders to prevent downtime.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data and track performance metrics.
• Identify capacity constraints and collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and report on KPIs to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

Salary Range : $90,000-$110,000
