Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities :

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom learn their motivation for their visit and developing a lasting customer relationship
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins appointment book and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address Thank You cards to customers for full house selections
• Assist in maintaining price tags
• Cash handling / deposits and Credit Card Reconciliation
• Assist with receiving inventory arriving at showroom and assist in transferring inventory out
• Monday Friday schedule working Saturdays on a rotation roughly every 3 weeks

Pay Range : $15.00 - $19.04

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
