A company is looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding within the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires
Coordinate pre-boarding activities and facilitate orientation sessions
Evaluate onboarding processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and employee experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years focused on onboarding or talent management
Experience in designing and implementing onboarding programs in a mid-to-large organization
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and project management skills
