Schedule : Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8a-5p Practice Setting : Outpatient Types of cases : Behavioral Health Credentialling Timeframe : 3 weeks Electronic Medical Record : EPIC Certifications required : Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and Board Certification.
