About You

A Day in the Life

In this position you will work with two other medical staff members to perform various primary care tasks in addition to clinic administrative duties, with the goal of delivering unparalleled experiences to your patients, at each and every touchpoint. We believe that a truly great experience (unknown in healthcare) is made up of every considered detail, which is why MD² remains best-in-class. Some of your responsibilities would include :

• Greet patients at the door and assist them throughout their appointment.
• Ensure the highest level of empathy, kindness and understanding in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to the professional atmosphere required by the physicians and staff.
• Maintain the strictest level of patient confidentiality.
• Assist the practice in delivering the highest level of operation and clinical standards.
• Ensure effective, ongoing communication between practice physicians / staff and corporate leadership.
• Develop relationships with key specialists in order to facilitate patient care.
