ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg Level I for a travel nursing job in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM

Float pool position requiring rotation between Medical-Surgical, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Behavioral Health units

May be assigned to step-down unit if experience is available

Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required

BLS Certification required and must be maintained without grace period for renewal

Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served

Ensure quality care is provided in an efficient and safe manner

Demonstrate performance consistent with unit and organizational standards

Maintain current knowledge and skills appropriate to patient population served

Communicate in clear, concise manner appropriate to developmental age of patients

Must be able to handle emergency and crisis situations

Physical requirements include prolonged standing, walking, heavy lifting for patient positioning and transfer

Requires reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and manual dexterity

Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious diseases

Flexible schedule due to unexpected changes and emergencies
