Project Manager - Commercial

Position Overview

A reputable general contractor is looking for experienced Project Manager's to oversee Commercialconstruction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate communication between team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial project management within the construction industry
  • Proven experience in ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
