We've just added a small group of brand-new  2025 Volvo VNL sleepers  to our U.S. fleet — and we're filling the seats with professionals who know what real consistency looks like. Minimum Requirements

• Active  Class A CDL  and current  DOT physical
• 2 years  verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Valid U.S. driver's license held for at least 2 years
• No more than 1 at-fault accident  in the last 3 years
• No more than 3 minor moving violations  in the last 3 years
• No major violations  (reckless, racing, suspended license, etc.) in the last 3 years
• No critical violations  (DUI / DWI, drug-related, handheld device use, etc.) in the last 5 years
• Not accepting  SAP  or restricted-license candidates at this time
