TITLE : Accounts Payable Processor

TYPE : Contract

LOCATION : Tustin, CA

ONSITE / REMOTE / HYBRID : Onsite

START DATE : February 2026

SHIFT : M-F either 8 : 00-5 : 00 / 8 : 30-5 : 30 / 9 : 00-6 : 00

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Processor to join our onsite accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing monthly field invoices for designated projects and / or divisions, supporting weekly check runs, and ensuring payments are completed accurately and on schedule.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and verify monthly field invoices for assigned projects or divisions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date invoice and payment records.
  • Review invoice data for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals.
  • Assist with weekly check runs to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.
  • Communicate with project teams, vendors, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Prior experience in Accounts Payable or an accounting support role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Oracle, JD Edwards (JDE), or Concur systems is beneficial.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
