A growing injection molding manufacturer west of Manhattan NY is looking to add a Mold Maker / Mold Repair Technician to its toolroom team. Key Responsibilities

Repair maintain and build injection molds and mold components.

Disassemble clean inspect and reassemble tooling to ensure optimal performance.

Operate manual milling machines grinders and other shop equipment.

Support EDM (wire and sinker) and CNC operations as needed.

Troubleshoot tooling issues and assist in developing long-term repair solutions.

Maintain an organized safety-focused and efficient work area.

Qualifications

Background in mold repair toolmaking or precision machining.

Manual machining or grinding experience required; EDM or CNC experience preferred.

Ability to read and interpret detailed mold and part drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
