A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A.
Key Responsibilities
Own annual planning and monthly forecasting for Channels and Security, managing an operating budget of approximately $40M
Run the sales quota setting process and build commissions tracking and reporting
Develop financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of progressive FP&A experience with a focus on Sales FP&A or commercial finance
Ability to independently build annual plans and monthly forecasts for complex scopes
Expertise in sales planning, including quota methodology and incentive design
Advanced Excel skills and hands-on proficiency with Adaptive Planning and reporting tools
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced credentials are a plus
