What will your job involve?
- Hire, train, and support staff while fostering a productive, professional, and customer-focused team environment
- Conduct quality checks on smart containers and oversee autoclave operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ISO, AQIS, and safety procedures
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in autoclave and plant processes through process mapping, time-motion studies, and risk assessments aligned with performance metrics
- Monitor autoclave and plant equipment, perform minor repairs, and ensure preventive maintenance and facility upkeep are consistently executed
- Oversee stock control, inventory, and ordering processes, providing analysis and feedback to leadership
- Lead assigned projects and assist in performance reviews to support strategic goals and staff development
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment and conduct weekly health and safety training sessions
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and manage resource allocation including headcount, budget, and scheduling
What are we looking for?
Must Have
3+ years of plant, warehouse, or relatable leadership experienceStrong communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to record-keepingAbility to motivate and work effectively with others in a team environmentFamiliarity with OSHA and other safety guidelinesPhysically capable of lifting up to 55 pounds, pushing / pulling carts up to 300 pounds, and standing for extended periodsWillingness to work weekends, holidays, or flex hours based on production needsSuccessful completion of medical exam (including drug screen), police clearance, and reference checksNice to Have
