Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) to join our team of compassionate professionals. As an LCSW / LCSWA at Healing Pathways, you will play a vital role in providing therapy, support, and advocacy to individuals facing mental health issues, trauma, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients by helping them navigate challenges and build resilience.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources within the community, including mental health services, housing, and social support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
