Genetic Counseling Assistant (GCA)

Assist the clinical genetic counseling team in the Seattle Childrens Division of Genetic Medicine by performing basic clinical and administrative functions for multidisciplinary team and genetic counseling clinics. Support genetic counselors through coordination and administration of projects and processes. This individual reports to the GCA supervisor.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors degree in Biological Science Psychology Social Science or a related scientific field or equivalent combination of education training and experience required.

Preferred

Coursework in genetics and any clinical in attending graduate school for Genetic service experience in a healthcare to speak multiple languages.

Compensation Range

$29.16 - $43.73 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity skills experience and expertise and may vary within the range provided.
