The LNA's responsibilities include supporting patients with daily activities, monitoring their health status, and ensuring their comfort and safety.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.

Current LNA certification or licensure in the state of [State].

Basic life support (BLS) certification may be required.

Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not always necessary.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
