What You'll Do :

The Environmental internship will provide a comprehensive and practical experience, equipping the intern with basic skills and knowledge necessary to begin a career in the Environmental field.

The primary responsibility involves assisting the environmental staff in updating environmental plans & procedures, implementing best management practices (BMPs), performing environmental audit site visits, and assisting in researching and implementation of sustainable practices throughout the organization. This position is in Mendota Heights, Minnesota; work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 a.m. - 4 : 00 p.m. with start time flexibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Review and update environmental plans and procedures.
• Research and help to implement BMPs for stormwater treatment.
• Collaborate through research and implementation of sustainable BMPs across the company.
• Utilizing AutoCAD, create and update site plans.
• Identify and classify stormwater sampling locations.
• Ability to travel to remote work locations as needed to perform audits and other tasks as required.

Qualifications :

Pay : $18.00 per hour
