Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Investment Analyst to join our team on-site in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing deals fast, protecting margins, and helping our sales team win contracts with confidence. You will work closely with team members to develop insights, identify growth potential, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Investments, understanding of real estate markets, and determining comps
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in underwriting, deal analysis, and renovations - Preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team
  • Prior experience in real estate investment is a plus but not required

Compensation Package

  • Base : $75,000

    • Sign on bonus of $5,000
