Placement Test Coordinator

Under the general direction and supervision of the Financial Administrative Officer, the Placement Test Coordinator conducts and manages all placement examinations for undergraduate majors in the departments of Comparative Literature & Languages and Hispanic Studies. This position is responsible for processing placement test billing conducted via Banner online system. This position also prepared packets for proctors. This position also provides administrative support answering front desk questions, disseminates mail, and monitors fax machine for incoming faxes. The full salary range for the Placement Test Coordinator is $22.73 - $31.86 per hour. However, the budgeted salary range for this position is up to $24.50 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
