Irresistibly defying expectations of how one must act in a library, Fairs raise over 200 million dollars in funds and resources for schools that host Fairs. We are currently in search of Fair Consultants to help grow the Book Fair business. These full-time positions offer medical, dental and vision benefits, a Paid Time Off program that includes vacation, personal, and sick time, a generous 50% off discount on Scholastic merchandise, 401k with a company match, and summers off. In additions to the base rate, Scholastic offers a Sales Compensation program which includes the opportunity to earn seasonal and annual incentives. Base Hourly Range : $22.00 to $26.00

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Sales Acumen, Customer Relationship Management, Communication Skills, Time Management and Organization, Additional Skills

Experience

Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service. Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
