RN – Med Surg Direct Hire

Job Title : RN Med Surg

Location : Hudson FL

Shifts Available : Full-Time Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Local Pay Rate : $30.00 $42.00 / hr (based on experience)

Differentials : Nights : $4.75 / hr Weekends : $3.00 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $25000

Relocation : Case-by-case basis

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Med Surg) for an exciting opportunity in Hudson FL.

Responsibilities :

Assess plan implement and evaluate care for Med / Surg patients

Educate patients and families on treatments medications and discharge plans

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Administer medications per physician orders and clinical protocols

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Adhere to all hospital safety service and compliance standards

Required Qualifications :

Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (FL endorsement within 90 days if compact)

Nursing Diploma or ASN / ADN required; BSN preferred

Recent acute care experience required (no recent LTAC experience)

AHA BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)

Strong critical-thinking communication and EMR proficiency

Ability to work rotating weekends
