Your Role

Coordinate the operation of the blood bank section of the clinical laboratory

Perform all testing of donors and patients, including advanced antibody investigations and crossmatch techniques

Oversee staff selection, orientation, and training

Lead quality control and quality improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
