Daily Property Adjuster – Greensboro, NC

CENCO Claims is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjusters to handle residential property claims throughout the Greensboro, North Carolina region. This field-based role offers consistent claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support from our experienced claims team.

What You'll Do:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties for storm, wind, and water damage

• Prepare accurate estimates and detailed field reports

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Document findings in accordance with carrier guidelines and industry standards

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process

What We're Looking For:

• Prior property adjusting experience preferred, but not required

• Experience with Xactimate or willingness to learn

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently in the field, including roof inspections

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard field equipment

• Basic knowledge of construction or repair practices is a plus
