Senior Civil/Water Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a senior civil/water design engineer for the preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimates, and feasibility studies, and to provide engineering support during project construction. The senior civil/water design engineer will coordinate internal and external resources, including subconsultants, for the completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The senior civil/water design engineer will also interact with clients, and regulatory and permitting agencies.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college;

· Registration as a Professional Engineer, registration in California is a plus:

· A least 10 years of progressive, broad experience in design of civil and water resources projects, including reservoirs, pump stations, pipelines, groundwater treatment systems, and disinfection systems;

· Good verbal and written communication skills;

· Ability to analyze and solve complex problems

· Ability to work independently or as part of a project team;

· A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record for at least two years
