Senior Privacy Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Privacy Counsel - Go-to-Market (GTM) and Trust.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert privacy counsel to GTM and Trust teams throughout the customer lifecycle

Engage directly with customers to address specific privacy needs and expectations

Advise on the impact of emerging global privacy laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

7+ years of privacy (or related) experience

Qualified to practice law in the local jurisdiction

Deep understanding of privacy laws and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA / CPRA, HIPAA)

CIPP certifications (e.g., CIPP / E, CIPP / M, CIPP / US) are highly valued but not required

Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
