Maintain a clean and efficient operating room environment to ensure patient safety. Set up, transport, and manage various equipment and essential surgical supplies. Assist with patient positioning and function as a Second Assistant as needed. Demonstrate knowledge of procedures and equipment used in the operating room. Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire. No prior experience required! Ability to handle a fast-paced and stressful environment. Lift, carry, and push / pull various weights safely. Exposure to potential hazards common in surgical settings. Must have functional sight and hearing, and be able to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
