Human Resources Manager

A company is looking for a Human Resources Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Main point of contact for all HR related questions throughout the worker life cycle

Work with the Operations Team to ensure successful onboarding for all new GEO workers

Manage complex HR projects / issues with Workers / Clients including Performance Management and terminations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field

A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Generalist in a Human Resources role, preferably in an international context

Knowledge of applicable legislation and rules in the field of responsibilities

HR experience in the USA, particularly in Employment Terminations and advising on Employment Relations Issues

Payroll experience is desirable
