About The Role :

  • Drafting and reviewing complex wills, trusts, and estate planning documents.
  • Advising clients on estate administration, probate proceedings, and asset protection strategies.
  • Conducting legal research, staying updated on relevant laws, and providing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Managing and resolving disputes related to wills and estates, including mediation and litigation when necessary.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including senior lawyers and support staff, to deliver comprehensive legal services.
  • Participating in professional development activities, staying abreast of industry trends, and contributing to the firm's growth initiatives.

Skills & Experience :

  • With a current Practising Certificate
  • Minimum of 1-3 years PAE in Wills & Estates law
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
