[job_card.job_description]Assess patient conditions upon admission and each shift, promptly reporting any status changes. Administer procedures and other functions as ordered by medical providers. Document all care given in a thorough and timely manner in patient medical records. Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses. Stay informed about medications, procedures, and equipment essential for caring for cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Minimum of 6 months of RN experience.
