The Law Offices of Blake Fulton Quackenbush is a rapidly growing and prestigious Full Service Law Firm. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Attorney who is licensed to practice in both Washington and Oregon to join our growing team.

A successful candidate for this role possesses excellent communication skills, is comfortability working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. Primary responsibilities :

  • Full representation of clients in legal matters from start to finish on a case.
  • Utilize substantial knowledge of Washington and Oregon Rules of Civil

Procedure

  • Execute case strategy with other attorneys, paralegals, clients, and support staff.
  • Manages high-level / high-asset cases by maintaining contact with people involved in the case; preparing for depositions; reviewing standard court documents; drafting letters; writing and reviewing discovery; dictating responses to opposing counsel and generating status reports.
  • Keep clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress.
  • Perform case audits with legal team weekly
  • Staying Organized by keeping files organized files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; researching case law; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with support staff and communicating regularly with clients.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in Washington and Oregon (Or ability to obtain)
  • Background in civil litigation and / or experience attending court proceedings beneficial but not required. xmcpwfu
  • Knowledge in other areas of law is beneficial but not required.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
