Sr Training Consultant - Property & Casualty Licensed

A company is looking for a Sr Training Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and facilitate claims onboarding and training programs

Investigate trends and technological innovations in the training industry

Gather and analyze customer feedback to modify training content as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

3+ years of experience in handling claims or working in a claims department preferred

2+ years of experience in corporate training and performance management preferred

Advanced knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles

Property & Casualty License preferred
