Job Overview :
We are seeking an expert, seasoned QA / Test Manager with strong project management experience to lead software QA initiatives throughout the full testing lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing and mentoring a high-functioning QA team, ensuring quality across enterprise-scale applications, and delivering measurable business value through effective testing practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end QA initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and reporting, across multiple enterprise applications.
- Define, implement, and oversee QA strategies, test plans, and quality standards, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to ensure QA outcomes support organizational objectives and project priorities.
- Track, analyze, and report quality and project health metrics, translating technical results into actionable business insights.
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks while proactively resolving cross-functional delivery challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, defect reduction, and overall release quality.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and efficiency.
- Utilize test management and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, ServiceNow) to support governance, audit readiness, and executive-level reporting.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment on project priorities and quality outcomes.
Qualifications :
Proven experience managing QA / Test initiatives for enterprise-scale applications, with a strong track record of successful delivery.Solid project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, testing types (manual, automated, regression, UAT), and quality assurance best practices.Experience with test management and reporting tools such as Jira, Zephyr, and ServiceNow.Strong leadership skills with experience building, mentoring, and managing high-performing QA teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of translating technical findings into business impact.Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement industry-standard QA processes and metrics.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB, PMP) a plus.Nice-to-Have :
Experience with automation testing frameworks and tools.Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI / CD environments.Exposure to cloud-based applications and testing strategies.Why Join Us :
