Boutique law firm located in the Financial District is seeking two high-performing associate attorneys to join our tort defense group. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 to 8 years of experience with strong research and drafting skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, an ability to manage multiple projects and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively.

Responsibilities include :

• Manage caseload from inception to conclusion;
• Drafting motions and memoranda;
• Appear in Court for conferences and oral arguments;
• Conduct and defend depositions;
• Drafting and responding to discovery demands;
• Conduct risk assessments, counsel clients, draft status reports; and
• Negotiate settlements.
