Role Snapshot

Join our Fort Worth, TX team as a CNC Fabrication Machine Technician and help us keep production precise, efficient, and safe.

A Day in the Life

  • Prepare and set up equipment to run parts to specification.
  • Program parts, read and interpret blueprints, and execute in-process quality checks.
  • Support finishing operations (drilling, tapping, deburring) to meet final requirements.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment.
  • Partner with Purchasing and Shipping to organize, label, and verify material counts.
  • Keep your area audit-ready with 5S habits and assist with additional tasks as directed by Supervision.

Shift & Pay

Shift Hours : 2nd Shift; 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM

Hourly Rate : $18.00 - $25.00 with a shift differential

Core Qualifications

  • English language proficiency : able to read, write, speak, and comprehend work instructions.
  • Physical capability to reach, grasp, lift up to 75 lbs, and push / pull / slide heavy materials.
  • Excellent hand–arm coordination for safe, accurate part handling.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and squat as tasks require.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills; enthusiasm for operating industrial machinery.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Skill in reading engineering drawings and electrical / mechanical schematics.
  • Prior experience as a foreman or warehouse trainer.

    • Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in blueprint reading.

  • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
  • CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
  • Press Brake
