Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
The Back of House (Kitchen) Team Member, under the direction and supervision of the Back of House Shift Manager, is responsible for the following :
Delivering remarkable quality
- Overall Food Safety & Cleanliness in the kitchen
- Food Prep, production, and packaging of all items served
- Maintaining the cleanliness, safe working conditions, and proper operation of our machinery and overall environment in the kitchen
- Organizing and re-stocking our dry storage areas, freezer, walk in cooler
- Delivering the quality of food that Chick-fil-A is known for!
Working with a sense of urgency and accuracy
Perform all tasks and responsibilities to the best of your ability and with a sense of urgencyExecute and fulfill all guest orders and leadership instructions accuratelySupporting other restaurant team members and leaders
