Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain customer relationships with business owners by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting AT&T products
• Develop a deep understanding of products and services to effectively educate and advise customers on their benefits.
• Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account issues, offering solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Handle customer account maintenance requests and upsell relevant products to enhance client value.
• Provide insightful business advice and recommendations improving customers service and retention of product
• Collaborate with the sales team to suggest improvements that increase sales and customer satisfaction.
