Senior Category Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Category Manager, Indirect Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned indirect spend categories

Negotiate contracts and supplier agreements to drive cost savings and improve payment terms

Act as a procurement liaison for internal clients and manage supplier relationships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field

5-7 years of procurement or sourcing experience, with at least 3 years in indirect spend categories

Proven ability to manage category strategies and supplier negotiations

Experience in mid-sized or privately held companies focusing on cost and cash efficiency

Additional certifications (CPSM, CIPS, or Six Sigma) are a plus
