• Required Procedures :
• Must have IR general experience
• Stroke capability would be secondary but must be able to perform the list of general IR procedures first.
• Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy, Diagnostic vascular intervention, Angiography, Therapeutic vascular intervention, Angioplasty, Stenting, Thrombolytic and Embolization therapy.
• Interventional (body, non-neuro), Vascular access devices / PICCS, Central lines, Port a cath insertions, IVC Filters, TIPS, Aspiration / drainage procedures.
• Percutaneous Needle Biopsies, Extractions, Abscess drainage, Thoracentesis, Paracentesis, Myelopgraphy.
• Pain mgmt procedures, Perc. Transhepatic Choleangiogram, Blood patch, Joint / epidural injections, Vertebroplasty, Arthrograms, Chest tube insertion, Uterine artery embolization, Liver Y90 / Tace.
• Gastrostomy tube insertion, Nephrostomy / ureteral stent insertion, Renal fistulograms, & Cryoablation.
• Preferred only : Stroke capabilities & Neuro (Head) stroke thrombectomy.
• EMR : Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
