A company is looking for a Desktop Investigator to conduct insurance and fraud investigations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Review case documentation and plan investigative strategies

Conduct research using various databases and make outbound calls to gather information

Write detailed reports and maintain organized case records

Required Qualifications

Hold or qualify for a valid Private Investigator's License as required by state

Earned an associate's degree or higher (preferred)

Understand basic medical terminology or have exposure to the healthcare industry (preferred)

Demonstrate persistence and professionalism in communication

Work independently with integrity and sound judgment
