We've experienced tremendous growth over the past few years and have ambitious plans for the future. Now, we're looking for a General Manager to lead operations at our fully automated Sortation Center in Glendale Heights, IL. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape performance, culture, and efficiency in a cutting-edge facility.
What You'll Do
- Lead & Develop Teams : Manage and coach direct reports, provide training, and foster a culture of accountability and growth.
- Own the P&L : Monitor labor, material, and transportation costs to ensure profitability.
- Drive Operational Excellence : Implement process improvements, uphold quality standards, and optimize workflows.
- Ensure Workforce Readiness : Oversee training programs and scheduling to maintain full coverage and productivity.
- Collaborate & Innovate : Coordinate across shifts, adjust schedules for volume changes, and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Build a Positive Culture : Create an environment of innovation, engagement, and fun.
